Möbliertes 12qm Zimmer in grosse 3er WG

Because of changes in the schedule of my PhD program I have to come back to Spain and leave my room on the 01.02.2012. For that we need 1 person (girl or guy) that could take my room.

The room is 12 m2 but the whole house is 110 m2 so you have a lot of space right there :)

The bus and tram connections are pretty near, 6 mins walking from this place and the main university building is just 7 mins away from the subway stop. Moreover you have Hit, Aldi, DM, Drugstores, etc. practically just around the corner.

The place is located on the 2nd floor and safe and there are 2 toilettes, a balcony, a storage place (basement), a kitchen and a big living room.

Anyway, the best of the WG will be your new flatmates :-). Neşe will soon finish her Bachelor in Biology and Vincent has just started his in politics. The two of them like cooking and sharing talk and beers on the huge couch.

To take into account: The 29 euros for additional costs are for the internet and the electricity.

Pets are allowed to the size of cat, bigger than that you have to ask first.

There is a garage inside the building and a free parking place.

Ich werde um 01.02.2012 umziehen.

Wir suchen ein neu(e) Mitbewohner(in).

Die Wohnung hat insgesamt 110 m2 mit sehr großem Wohnraum, demnach sind wir auch keine (!) Zweck-WG.

Wir sind beide Studenten und machen den Bachelor in Politologie und Biologie. Ein fröhliches Miteinander ist uns sehr wichtig.

Vorteile der Wohnung sind sicher die Lage, Bus und Bahn sehr schnell erreichbar. Nicht von Tannenbusch verunsichern lassen, das Haus beherrbergt fast nur Eigentümer und ist somit sehr ordentlich.

ZU BEACHTEN : Die 29 euro Nebenkosten beziehen sich auf Strom und Internet. Wir zahlen die eigentlich nicht monatlich sondern 2 mal im Jahr 176 euro. Es kann auch monatlich gezahlt werden, das müsste man dann absprechen.

Zum Vermieter herrscht ein ausgezeichnetes Verhältnis.

Die Kaution kann auch in 2 Teilen bezahlt werden.

Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.

Gästeklo vorhanden.

Haustiere erlaubt, zumindest bis zur Größe einer Katze. Bei Hunden müsste nachgefragt werden.

Parkmöglichkeiten gibt es viele und auch einen Garagenstellplatz.

Zu dir: Du solltest einfach nur offen und freundlich sein :) wir sind sehr anpassungsfähig :)
